The API Design Guidelines for the Dutch Energy Sector are based on the API strategy and guidelines for the Dutch Government. It contains design guidelines based on best practices and lessons learned, providing direction for APIs designed and developed within the energy sector. The Energy sector guidelines complement and/or take precedence over the API strategy and guidelines of the Dutch government. Written by several colleagues in the sector, and approved by the Architecture Council and general members’ meeting (ALV) of MFF BAS, the document I participated in was something I was happy to contribute to.
